Asyad Group is a logistics and transportation company in Oman.[1] It was formed in 2016 by the merger of six state-owned transport and logistics companies: Oman National Transport Company (ONTC), Oman Logistics Company (OLC), Oman Shipping Company (OSC), Sohar Port and Freezone, Duqm Port and Freezone, and Oman Dry Dock Company.[2]

Asyad Group operates in three main sectors:[3][edit]

  • Transport and Logistics: Asyad provides a range of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution. It also operates a fleet of trucks, ships, and aircraft.[4]
