AAA School of Advertising (AAA) is a South African Marketing and Creative private tertiary education situated in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. Founded in 1990 by the Association of Advertising Agencies (AAA), it offers specialist courses in marketing, digital marketing and design.[1][2] The institution is accredited by the South African Council of Higher Education, with all its qualifications accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority[3]. It is the only institution in Africa accredited by the International Advertising Association.[4][5]

History

AAA was founded in 1990 by the Association of Advertising Agencies (AAA) and is currently owned by Growth-Ten, who also owns the Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology.[6]

Memberships and affiliations

AAA is the only institution in Africa accredited by the International Advertising Association. The institution holds memberships with the Marketing Association of South Africa, and the International Advertising Bureau of South Africa.

Qualifications

AAA offers courses for undergraduate and postgraduate tertiary qualifications, as well short courses, focused on marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, art direction, and copywriting.[7][8]

Accreditation

AAA registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education provider, under the Higher Education Act, 1997.[9]
