ABS, also known as Advanced Battlestations, is an American computer hardware subsidiary of Newegg, based in City of Industry, California.[1] The company manufactures gaming computers for the PC gaming market from entry-level to high-end custom PCs.[2][3]

Newegg announced on October 1, 2020, ABS was relaunched to focus on the gaming community by offering a complete portfolio of gaming PCs that cater to everyone from beginners just getting started to video game enthusiasts.[4][5][6]

ABS produces and sells PCs for use in computer gaming. Their PCs contain third-party components that are assembled, packaged, and ready-to-use upon arrival. They partner with various other hardware companies, such as ASUS, AMD, Corsair, Gigabyte Technology, Intel, Microsoft, and NVIDIA. [7]

The ABS product portfolio is broken into four categories: Challenger, Master, Gladiator and Legend.[8][9][10][11]

  • Challenger (Entry Tier) - Typically features previous-generation graphics cards and CPUs.
  • Master (Low Tier) - Increased performance featuring current-generation graphics cards and CPUs.
  • Gladiator (Mid Tier) - Higher performance featuring the low-end of next-generation graphics cards and CPUs.
  • Legend (High Tier) - Highest performance featuring the most recent next-generation graphics cards and CPUs.
