The code he found suggested that this was an sign that there is some sort of treasure hidden on the Iland. But, that was the most he found out about the code, this is because the rest of that section of code was blocked by a firewall placed by Nintendo. In conclusion, he says "It is clear that this is the rarest occurrence in ACNH, and thus far no one has reported this happening. But if your Garden Gnomes are moving and multiplying, it is unclear what other secrets may be revealed.
