[1] The company earns revenue through subscriptions from homeowner associations. [2]

Services

  • ADDA ERP: Communication, facility management, & billing platform for owners, tenants, & homeowner associations
  • ADDA Security: App-based visitor management, intelligent security management platform

History

ADDA was founded by San Banerjee and Venkat Kandaswamy. ADDA launched the prototype of an online apartment management portal in 2008. Subsequently, ADDA launched its app for apartment residents to connect with neighbors and make payments from mobile devices. ADDA partners with a network of chartered accountants and other accounting professionals who manage accounts for housing societies or apartment owners' associations. These partners use ADDA to manage the financials of the apartment complexes.[3] The company launched and grew without external funding and later received angel investment in 2013.[4]
