AFC Abercynon

AFC Abercynon is a football club in Abercynon, South Wales.
Formed in 1997, the club plays in the Aberdare Valley League. With the demise of Abercynon Athletic FC, they became the only team in Abercynon.
They won the league in 2005/06, 2011/12, 2019/20 and 2024/25. They have applied for promotion regularly and appeared in playoffs, but as of 2026 have never been promoted to a higher league.
