APAC Tower is a mixed-use complex[12] located at 1319 Sukhumvit Road, Watthana District, Bangkok, Thailand.[13] Developed by APAC Land, the project was completed in 2025 and has approximately 35,000 square meters of lettable space[14], including 32,500 square meters of office space and 2,500 square meters of retail space known as Ekkamai Corner.[15]

History

The site of APAC Tower was previously occupied by a Ban-Rai coffee shop and a Sukhumvit Honda showroom before being redeveloped into the current mixed-use complex.[16] Planning began in the early 2020s, and construction was completed in 2025.[15]

Location and transportation

APAC Tower is situated at the corner of Sukhumvit and Ekkamai roads, with access to the BTS Ekkamai Station.[17][18]

Ekkamai Corner

Ekkamai Corner is the retail component of APAC Tower.[14][19][20][21]

Tenants

The building houses domestic and multinational companies, including Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,[22][23] TOA Electronics (Thailand)[24], Asia Pulp & Paper (APP)[25][26], and Krungthai Bank opened a branch at APAC Tower.[27]

Awards

APAC Tower has received awards, including Building Health Awards,[28][29][30] Property Awards,[31][32][33] and development Awards.[34]
