APC Brands LLC is a Class 37 Delaware Limited Liability Company offering construction services, custom construction of playgrounds, consultancy services relating to installation, maintenance, repair and custom construction of playground equpment and play apparatus for young people. It's name was first used August 6, 2014, with trademark registration number 5,276,978 granted August 29, 2017.[1] APC Brands currently conducts business under the names American Parks Company, APC Play, American Playground Company, American Site Furnishings, APC Shelters, and American Playground Construction.[1] Its offices are located at 230 E. Hunt Street, Suite 200, McKinney, TX 75069.

APC Brands LLC was acquired by Playcore[2], a company operating a portfolio of 36 brands within the play and recreation industry, in February, 2017.[1] APC Play and American Parks Company currently serve as online distributors of a number of Playcore's manufacturing subsidiaries, including Play & Park Structures, Superior Recreation Products, Freenotes Harmony Park, UltraPlay and Worlds of Wow.

APC Play's logo was first trademarked by M.C. McNeill Inc. June 25, 2013[3] and then transferred to APC Brands LLC September 8, 2014, when owner Martin "Chad" McNeill changed the company name.[4]

The current American Parks Company logo has been used since October 4, 2004 and was granted a trademark registration (registration no. 4,803,548) with the US Patent and Trademark Office September 1, 2015.[5]

As of December 5, 2017 the trademarks held by APC Brands were assigned to Goldman Sachs as "trademark collateral" securing loans for merger transactions between Playcore MidCo Inc. and RECESS Holdings Inc. that were in process as of September 29, 2017.[6]
