ARTĒ Madrid is an international Spanish jewellery brand and retailer founded by the Barranco family in 1898 in Madrid, Spain. The origin of its name is from the Spanish word “Art”. Its brand belief is “Present is Love”.

ARTĒ Madrid was founded in 1898 by Barranco family. ARTĒ Madrid jewels are conceived by European jewellery designers.[1] Jordi Barranco, the 4th generation, studied in Italy where he was inspired by the style of Baroque. After that, he started to let a more creative and colourful style into ARTĒ Madrid.
In late 1990s, ARTĒ MADRID pioneered the use of synthetic gemstones and was debuted at Vicenza, Italy in 2000. In 2014, ARTĒ Madrid has won the Darizi Award in the category of the Best Wedding Accessories.[2] In 2011-2013 and 2015-2017, the spokesperson of ARTĒ Madrid was Miriam Yeung a Hong Kong actress and singer.[3]

Sales of the ARTE Madrid brand began in Europe and it first entered Asia and Greater China in 2000s.
