A Guide to Survive - First Aid (A Guide to Survive - ප්රථමාධාර) is a book written by Dr. Chamara Dilshan Athukorala which provides a complete guide to first aid.

So, empowering with knowledge is essential to save others’ lives.[3]

Until recently, there were very few first aid guides written in Sinhala. There was no complete and perfect book written by a qualified person. But recently, a first aid guide book named "A Guide to Survive-First-Aid" has been published by Dr. Chamara Dilshan Athukorala.
