A House a Little Too Quiet is a short film written and directed by Timothée Vassas. The film was presented in the official section of the American festival Lift-Off First-Time Filmmaker Sessions in 2023. .[1]
Plotline[edit]
.[2] The short film follows the story of Max, a 14-year-old teenager, who decides to flee his home after a violent argument with his parents. Wandering on foot for many tens of kilometers, Max discovers a house that seems abandoned and decides to spend the night there. However, he does not know that this house is actually a landmark of criminals. When he enters the house, he finds himself confronted with a criminal, played by Stan Vace. The confrontation between Max and the criminal is the heart of the story, with increasing stakes as the night progresses.
