The indicators and manifestations of the degradation of the quality of education are Inequality and Poverty. Inequality between the rich and the poor. The one who are able to pay for the education in prestigious school and received much package of learning and education has a big gap to the one who are needing much food. Poverty, Poor has a mind set that it is better to have job to get some money and buy foods than to go to school. If educators keep pushing them And how they are supposed to learn if their stomach is empty?

There are some causes of deterioration of quality education. The first one, the education System is unified but fractured and the main reason in their responses is the insufficient family income. Next the efforts to improve the education system are falling short then the poverty in the Philippines is disproportionately high as I mention above. And one of the most cause, as I thought is the widespread corruption that suffocates the poor. Giving them the perception that education is only for the rich people. Then the income inequality correlates with educational inequality. This means the one who got higher income can provide things needed in learning contrast in the person or family who receive lower income. and the last is education system in the Philippines is far from perfect.

But despite of this there is always an improvement and enhancement to bring the education to all. There are some government program that may cover them like scholarship and DepEd planned to help every learners, one of example is the feeding program given by those under weight or poor of the poorest. The only need is the encouragement to clear their mind and to continue learning even their are poor. For the Educator to improve the standard of teaching and enlighten every Filipino in the importance of education that leads in a better future, same as the future of our government.
