Aapo Puhakka (born 15 May 2009) is a Finnish badminton player and social media influencer.
Early life[edit]
Puhakka was born in Jyväskylä, and at five years old, his parents introduced him to badminton, playing the games at the Jyväskylän Sulkapalloseura JySS Club. At the same time, Puhakka was also practising karting in Laukaan Moottorimiehet Club. In Karting Puhakka won Central Finland Regional Championships two times in years 2016 and 2017 in Cadet class.[1][2] In 2018, he decided to stop karting and focus entirely on badminton. In the fall of 2018, he was selected to JySS's competitive players' group and he started to train badminton 5 times in a week. In 2019, Puhakka was selected to the Finnish Youth National Team.[3]

2022 European U15 Championships[edit]
In September 2022 Aapo Puhakka played at the European U15 Championships in Ibiza, Spain.[4]
Puhakka played U15 doubles with his pair Miko Pitkänen against Pawel Kiszczyk/Damian Perkowski from Poland. Match loss 11-21,12-21.[5]
Puhakka played U15 mixed doubles with his pair Unni Parikka against Vito Radovanović/Ana Pranić from Croatia. Match loss 10-21,10-21.[6]
