Aashay Mishra
Aashay Mishra is an Indian television actor known for playing the lead role of Sarangdhar Pandey in Sony TV's Story 9 Months Ki, first ever show based on In Vitro Fertilization on Indian television.[1][2]
Early life and career[edit]
Mishra belongs to Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting.[3] He is a trained classical singer and a writer.[4] He has learnt classical music for eight years from Bhatkhande School of music, Bilaspur.[5]
He is from theatre background and has done plays Jhumru aur Jhumri as a lead and Padharo Mahare Des as a part of Nadira Babbar's team Ekjute.[6][7] He has done more than 200 shows in Prithvi Theatre as a theatre artist.[8]
He made his debut on television with the lead role of Omkar Gupta in Pyaar Ke Papad in 2019 on Star Bharat.[9] He has appeared in TVCs for Paytm,[10] Pillsbury[11] and Maruti Suzuki Swift.[12] Currently, he appears as Sarangdhar Pandey in Story 9 Months Ki, Indian television's first ever show based on Choice motherhood through IVF.[13]
