Plot
The film depicts how a simple boy from a small town in Bihar comes to Delhi to fulfill his dreams. His dream is to become an IAS officer one day. Actually, due to the bad economic condition of his house, he moves to Delhi, and after hard work there, he finally achieves this position.[3][4]
