Abayomi Ogayemi Esq. is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Law Society of Ontario in Canada. Law Society of Ontario.[1] He has professional experience in Immigration and Refugee Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Litigation and Family Law. SaltWire Network.[2]
Early life[edit]
Abayomi was born in Lagos State, Nigeria. He graduated with a Master of Arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland 2015. He attended the University of Exeter in England 2012 when he left Nigeria to study abroad for his first three yearsSaltWire Network.[2], he is also a Barrister-at-Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School 2010, and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University[3] in 2009. He is also a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Currently, Abayomi Ogayemi is a lawyer candidate of the New York State Bar Association.
Career[edit]
Abayomi began his career with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador as a Facilitator: Newfoundland and Labrador Lands Act Review in the year 2015 where he Effectively coordinated participants to have a productive discussion by ensuring they understood the task and information provided and responded adequately.
In May 2015, Abayomi joined Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation as Environmental Policy and Legal Intern where he Represented the Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation (IBEC) and presented IBEC on-going and previous projects at the Stewardship Association of Municipalities (SAM) Annual General meeting (Flat Rock, Newfoundland 2015).
In November 2019, Abayomi joined Deloitte Canada as a Document Review Attorney (Contract staff). He's currently the Legal Counsel at Ogayemi Law Firm[4]
