Abdul Ali Faiq[1][2](born April 27, 1980) is an politician and scientist who is the founder of the United States of Khorasan political movement.[3]

Faiq worked at Mitra TV under Ata Mohammad Noor.[4][5]
Political activity[edit]
While in Afghanistan, Faiq joined the "I am not Afghan" movement. He was a harsh critic of Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, the former president of Afghanistan.[6][7][8]
United States of Khorasan[edit]
Faiq founded the United States of Khorasan political organization on May 22, 2022. This right-wing political entity, which introduces itself as the government in exile, seeks to succeed the Taliban government. The military section of this institution, "the Warriors of Khorasan", began military operations against individuals affiliated with the Taliban and Al-Qaeda.[9]
In June 2023, Faiq, together with the senior agents of the organization, submitted a list of 32 Taliban supporters in Europe to European governments and counter-terrorism police.[10][11]
