He participated in multiple competitions on national level, and won the prestigious Qlaylel Tournament on two consecutive occasions in 2016 and 2017.[7] In 2018, Al Ajami founded his personal digital marketing company, named "Pro Club Introduction Films",[2] offering digital marketing solutions, in addition to photographic and video editing services.[8]
In 2018, Al Ajami took part of the nation-wide project "Abshirou bel Ozz Wal Kheir"[9] (أبشروا بالعز والخير). That project had 12 poets writing a poem, while Ajami made a video film, in collaboration with 12 drawing artists, to bodify the poem.

In addition to his career as a photographer, Al Ajami represented Qatar internationally in many pool tournaments and won gold the Gulf tournament in 2007 and 2008, in both singles and teams.[3]
