In 2016, a management-led buyout transitioned the business from the original co-founders to the existing senior management team[3]. Under this leadership team, Abel Noser expanded its offerings of institutional trade cost analytics, data management, transaction compliance, reg-tech solutions and agency-only brokerage inclusive of transition management services.

In 2018, Abel Noser acquired Zeno Consulting Group[4], a transaction cost consulting firm that focuses on assisting plan sponsors/pension funds and other asset owners to monitor and manage their asset managers' trading processes. Established in 1986 as Plexus Group, Zeno is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) offering trade cost analysis and compliance oversight. The combined data universes of Abel Noser and Zeno Consulting Group represent significant coverage of trading volume.[5]
