Aberaeron AFC is a football club from Aberaeron, Wales.
They claim to be founded in the late 1800s. Their founding year is also stated as 1921.
They were founding members of the Ceredigion League and spent most of their history there, winning some league titles. From 2010 to 2023/24 they played in the Mid Wales League. Now they are back in the Ceredigion League.
Club colours are black and yellow
