Aberfan FC

Aberfan FC is a football club from Aberfan, South Wales.
As Aberfan SDC they won the Merthyr Tydfil League in 2011/12 and achieved promotion to the South Wales Amateur League. In 2015 it became the South Wales Alliance League after a merger with the South Wales Senior League and Aberfan remained in the new league until folding at the end of the 2023/24 season.[1]
The club was reformed in 2025 after a year out and rejoined the Merthyr League.
