Abey George
Abey George[1] is the co-founder and General Secretary of Swasthi Foundation of Thiruvanathapuram and Coordinator of Revive Vellayani.[2][3]Swasthi foundation is an organization that conducts free early cancer detection camps and initiator of Revive Vellayani, a project that seeks to rejuvenate the Vellayani Fresh Water Lake of Trivandrum.[4]
Abey George is the founder secretary of Swasthi Foundation. A former politician who held various posts of importance, he left politics to pursue a life of social service. Swasthi Foundation was founded by him and the former Police chief of Kerala Police Sri Jacob Punnoose IPS
The Foundation is involved in Social Welfare, environment protection and healthcare activities
