Abhinandan Singh (born 30 March 1997) is an Indian professional cricketer who plays as a right-arm medium-fast bowler.[1] He represents Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and was signed by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for the 2025 and 2026 seasons of the Indian Premier League (IPL).[2][3]
Early career
Hailing from Sultanpur, Singh developed his skills in the Uttar Pradesh domestic circuit.[4] In 2024, he served as a net bowler for the Kolkata Knight Riders, providing him with early exposure to the IPL environment before his professional debut.[5]
Domestic and T20 career
Singh rose to prominence in the Uttar Pradesh T20 League playing for the Lucknow Falcons. In the 2025 season, he took 6 wickets in 6 matches. One of his standout performances was against the Noida Super Kings, where he finished with figures of 2/17 in his 4 overs.[6]
Indian Premier League
In the 2025 IPL auction, Singh was acquired by Royal Challengers Bengaluru. He was retained for the 2026 season, where he made his tournament debut. In a match against Chennai Super Kings on 5 April 2026, he took 2 wickets for 30 runs.[7]
