Abodus Student Living
Abodus Student Living is a private student accommodation provider, based in the UK. Abodus operates 12 buildings (3561 bed spaces) across six cities - Newcastle, Brighton, Bristol, Sheffield, Liverpool and Leeds. 3561 bed spaces.[1]. Abodus is accredited and approved by ANUK, The Accreditation Network UK.

History[edit]
Abodus Student Living was formed in 2018, led by a highly experienced executive team with a combined expertise of 85 years.[2] [3]
Abodus launched the Portland Green development (Newcastle upon Tyne) in 2015 with two of what is now five buildings, Turner Court and Rosedale Court.[4] [5]This development expanded over the next there years, developing three more buildings (Bryson Court, Marshall Court and Newton Court), making it one of the largest private student accommodation communities in the UK.[6][7][8][9]
Abodus expanded to become a national portfolio in March 2019 by taking over Glassworks (Liverpool) and two accommodation buildings in Bristol (St Lawrence House and Harbour Court[10]).[11]
In September 2019, Abodus opened the doors to Hollingbury House in Brighton, which is Abodus' own development project.
In late 2019, the company took over two more student accommodation sites - The Foundry (Leeds) and The Elements (Sheffield)[12][13]
In November 2020, Abodus took on King Square Studios, another student accommodation building in Bristol.
