Academic Superstore, LP is subsidiary of Journey Education Marketing, Inc a company which sells software and hardware at academic prices to students, teachers and schools in the United States and Canada. It was founded in 1998 in Austin, Texas. In 2005, Academic Superstore was selected as an Inc. 500 company. In 2006, their online newsletter won a clickz.com award for best business to consumer e-newsletter. In has since been bought by Journey Education then by Digital River.
