Acquco
Acquco is an internationally backed e-commerce platform that helps with the acquisition and growth of Amazon businesses.[1] It was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in New York.[2][3][4][5][6]
History
Acquco was founded by two former Amazon employees who used the platform to build multimillion-dollar enterprises - Raunak Nirmal and Wiley Zhang. It was established with the aim to facilitate the high growth of brands by leveraging their proprietary business development tactics, which the founders acquired during their time at Amazon.[7][8][9][10]
Acquco has raised $160 Million in a Series A funding round in 2021.[11][12][13][14][15]
Business Model
Acquco helps brands generate more revenue by offering deal structures suitable for different businesses. These include partnership programs as well as full company buyout. It operates on a Centralized Data Science Platform consisting of proprietary algorithms and real-time analytics that help in generating feedback loops that allow the effecting running of the brands associated with Acquco.[16][17][18][19]
Services
Acquco offers exit strategies that reduce broker fees, helps with long sales processes, lawyer fees, and other charges by managing the entire acquisition and migration process.[20][21][22][23][24][25]
