Actuality (Hegel)
Actuality (German : Wirklichkeit ) is a philosophical theory of Hegel about the relationship between rationality and reality summarizes in what Hegel says in the preface to philosophy of right : '' What is rational is actual , and what is actual is rational '' [1]

The theory of actuality bases on Hegel's ontological theory called Absolute Idealism which mind is the only reality,[2] thus the real being (actual) should be rational whereas what is rational is necessary actual .
