From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Cortex is an analytics and revenue attribution platform owned and developed by AdRizer, LLC. The company was founded in 2015 by Ken Bond and Steve Flee and the Cortex web application was launched on desktop and mobile in 2017.

Cortex ties into demand side platforms and provides an interface for publishers and advertisers to create and manage marketing campaigns across demand sources. The platform also ties into supply-side platforms to produce revenue insights based on the campaigns created within the application. Publishers use this tool to determine the value of their content or pages and allows for revenue attribution by author.[1]

History

Development

AdRizer CEO, Ken Bond began as a founding member of RevContent, signing a deal with FOX. He later became the Director of Publications for WAM! Media Group, signing deals with publishers like Microsoft, The Blaze and The Examiner. The WAM then grew to more than two billion monthly ad impressions before it was acquired by Yabukka. In 2013, after a stint with the browser plugin AdPeak, Ken and Steve Flee began producing their own sites as a means to develop technology that identifies and amplifies high-performing content. Ken later focused these efforts on building revenue attribution and media optimization technology that would later become the foundation for the Cortex platform.[1]
