Adam Karpel

Adam Karpel (born April 23, 1967) is an American television producer. His credits include The Real Housewives of Orange County, The Real Housewives of Dallas, Ladies of London, Secrets and Wives, Botched, Prom Queens, Married to Jonas, Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys, Fantasia For Real, Future Food, Launch My Line, The Girls Next Door, The Adam Carolla Project, Date My Ex: Jo & Slade, Ocean Force, Work Out, Switched!, and Taxicab Confessions.

Before producing reality television, Karpel worked in the story department at Walt Disney Feature Animation, and is credited on such films as Tarzan and Treasure Planet.

Karpel was born in Queens, New York. He grew up in Syosset, Long Island and attended Syosset High School with classsmate Judd Apatow. He earned a BFA from Ithaca College, and spent one year in the MFA program of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television before leaving the program. He is also a graduate of the Warner Bros. Television Workshop

Karpel currently lives in Los Angeles, CA and is represented by ICM Partners.
