Adam Lewis Windsurfer
Adam Lewis is UK Windsurfing Champion and competes on the Professional Windsurfing Association World Tour. He's one of only 2 UK Windsurfers to achieve a PWA World Cup Wavesailing Podium.[citation needed]
In 2017 He also became the Tiree Wave Classic Champion[citation needed] Adam lives in Cornwall although he grew up in Taunton Somerset, a town in the South West of England inland from the coast. Its not know for its Windsurfing. He progressed under the Royal Yachting Associations Team 15 scheme and eventually branched out into Wave sailing. His first World Tour event was in 2007. In 2017 he finished in 5th Place overall on the PWA World Tour and in 2018 achieved a career best Podium finish achieving 3rd in the 2018 PWA Tenerife World Cup.
