Early Life
Adesh Kumar Tyagi was born in India and pursued his early education in science and management. He earned a Master of Science in Biological Sciences[1] from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)[2], Pilani in India. Tyagi’s academic excellence earned him the Mahatma Gandhi Fellowship[3], after which he attended Washington University in St. Louis[4], studying business and leadership, including advanced management coursework at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania[5].
Career
Tryfacta, Inc.
In 1996, Adesh Kumar Tyagi co-founded Tryfacta, Inc. in Pleasanton, California[6], alongside Ratika Tyagi[7]. Originally launched as a technology staffing firm, under his leadership Tryfacta expanded into a diversified IT services and digital transformation company serving U.S. Federal[8], state, and local government clients as well as Fortune 100 corporations.
As President and CEO, Adesh Kumar Tyagi guided the company’s strategic growth into areas such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise software services. Tryfacta has achieved industry certifications and recognition for quality and reliability, and has been noted as a rapidly-growing private technology company.
Nexent Capital Management and Nexent Ventures
Adesh Tyagi is a Managing Partner at Nexent Capital Management[9] and Nexent Ventures, where he focuses on investments in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing solutions. Across his career, he has structured and overseen corporate transactions with a combined value exceeding USD 1.6 billion. His experience also includes founding or co-founding technology ventures such as C7 AI Inc. and serving as CEO for firms like UnwiredX, Inc. prior to Tryfacta.
