Adi Arriansyah is a young entrepreneur from Indonesia who serves as Founder & CEO of Sagara Technology under the banner of PT. Sagara Asia Teknologi dan Teknologi.id under the banner of PT. Technology Indonesia Group, which is engaged in technology.
Education
Adi Arriansyah is a graduate of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Telkom University. Adi Arriansyah is also a graduate of Founder Institute, an entrepreneur training program from Silicon Valley (2016 - 2017). In addition, he also studied Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2020.
Career
A love for computer laboratories and programming has led Adi Arriansyah [3] to establish a startup named Sagara Technology (PT Sagara Asia Teknologi). [9] Sagara is a technology consulting firm and digital product agency based in Jakarta and Bandung.
Many clients have used Sagara's services, for example Ruangguru.com, PBB (United Nations), Telkom Indonesia, Telkomsel, Telkom University, Universitas Indonesia, Shopback, Qatar National Bank, Boston Consulting Group, Dagelan, Infia, Kickfest, Qlue, Blanja.com, GMF Aero Asia, Foodizz, Cartenz, serta CRP Group (Upnormal, Bakso Boedjangan, Sambal Karmila, Nasi Goreng Rempah Mafia, dll.). For the government, there are the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Transportation and Transportation, the Ministry of Health, the Presidential Work Unit for Development Supervision and Control (UKP-PPP), and the National Agency for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BNP2TKI), and much more. Adi's story of building Sagara began when he studied at the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Telkom University, Bandung. Adi likes to work on software development projects from lecturers. Then, switch to projects from campus, until finally getting the opportunity to work on company projects. [7]
He has also been a member of the Computer and Communication Laboratory of IT Telkom, a lab related to web and apps development and computer networks. He has worked on several projects, such as Android-Based Wireless Electronic Stethoscope, Augmented Reality for Architecture and Construction 3D, and Intelligent Digital Speedometer for Future Car. Because of his love for labs and programming, Adi even intends not to have a boarding house and live as a caretaker in the laboratory, by sleeping there and bathing in a public bathroom.
In the course of his career, Adi claimed to have helped hundreds of clients from various corporations and startups who contributed strongly to the Indonesian technology development industry.
Adi serves various software projects ranging from banks to large corporations, startups to MSMEs, and from fintech to the marketplace. [11] Adi is also a graduate of the Founder Institute's entrepreneur training program. [8] In addition, he also studied Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2020.
Personal Life
Armed with the knowledge and various experiences he gained at the Founder Institute and Harvard Business School, Adi wants to dedicate it to technology growth in Indonesia through Sagara Technology. [6]
Adi said that Sagara has several plus points that are difficult to obtain from other software houses in Indonesia. First, Sagara emphasizes a relationship-based approach and focuses on problem solving. [5]
When a client requests a specific solution, the professional IT team from Sagara will conduct an analysis first, to ensure that the solution is relevant to the problem to be solved.
Adi has a commitment to be at the forefront to continue to contribute and making Indonesia a smart nation and help business people in Indonesia to continue to develop optimally the digital economy in Indonesia. [2]
