Adi Tatarko (born 1972) is an entrepreneur of Israeli-American descent, renowned as the co-founder and former CEO of Houzz, a prominent online platform dedicated to home remodeling and design.

Early Life and Education

Tatarko was born in Israel and subsequently relocated to the United States in the late 1990s. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Career

In 2009, Tatarko, alongside her husband Alon Cohen, co-founded Houzz in Palo Alto, California. The concept for Houzz originated from their own experiences in remodeling their home, where they encountered difficulties in sourcing design inspiration and trustworthy professionals. Initially, the platform served as a website for sharing design ideas, but it has since developed into a comprehensive service that provides design inspiration, products, and a directory of home improvement specialists. In January 2024, Cohen took over as CEO, while Tatarko transitioned to the position of Executive Chair.[1]

She lives in Palo Alto, California, with her husband and their three children.
