Adm
Anthropological economics is a criterion for analyzing economic systems, whether public or private. It analyzes and modifies economic processes using the language of economics in favor of the anthropological perspective.
In anthropological economics, human capital is "the unique asset that distinguishes the firm".[1]
This asset is the product of the continuous interaction, within an economic system, between human skills and knowledge accumulated within the company (Know-how).
