AdminiTrack is a software SaaS company located in Atlanta, Georgia that provides bug tracking and software project management applications for software development teams. A "bug tracking" system or an issue tracking system (also ITS, trouble ticket system, support ticket or incident ticket system) is a computer software package that manages and maintains lists of issues, as needed by an organization.
AdminiTrack is a Cloud computing–based SaaS which hosts web-based task tracking applications which are targeted toward businesses and teams who need to track critical business issues in software. Adminitrack is one of the most popular and the most commonly used issue tracking systems online. It is able to be accessed by any browser at any time, the ease with which it may be accessed perhaps accounting for its popularity.
Companies which use an issue or bug tracking system are consistently ranked higher and the use of issue tracking is considered one of the "hallmarks of a good software team".[1]
Critical issue sharing can be problematic. Sharing information via email and other methods which are not real time using spreadsheets and other methodology can result in outdated information by the time that it is shared or viewed.
