Adryana Cortez is a media entrepreneur, short film producer, artist, author, and co-creater of the iHeartRadio podcast Red Pilled America.[1][2][3]
Early life and education[edit]
Cortez was born in San Diego, California to Mexican immigrants. She attended private catholic schools in the Coronado, California area and her family moved to a suburb of Los Angeles when she entered middle school.[2] Cortez graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Design & Merchandising.[4]
Career[edit]
Cortez began her entrepreneurial career as co-founder of a branded content firm called Inform Ventures with her then future husband Patrick Courrielche. Her firm helped launch the Scion brand of automobiles.[5] She's produced short films featuring Questlove and Biz Markie.[6][7][8] Cortez has also co-produced and co-wrote a semi-scripted web series called "The Darker Side of Green" starring comedians Sarah Silverman, Jamie Kennedy, Tracy Morgan, and Andy Samberg.[9][10][11][12][13] She co-created the concept for Intersect by Lexus, a hybrid restaurant and gallery in New York City.[14][15][16][17] Her podcast was launched November 2, 2018 and has led to the California Innocence Project taking on a petition for clemency for the main character in a series of episodes.[18][19] She is the co-author of "Awakenings, Moments of Truth from Middle America".[2] She also co-writes and co-produces each episode of Red Pilled America and produces all of the artwork for the show.[20][21][22]

Cortez is married to Patrick Courrielche.[23] She lives in the Greater Los Angeles area with her husband and daughter.[4]
