Adventure Crossing USA is a large and unique 300-acre mixed-use development focused on creating a compelling youth sports and entertainment destination in Central New Jersey.[2]

A highlight of the location’s first operational phase – the Adventure Golf & Entertainment complex – features a 100,000 sq ft mega dome, various indoor golfing activities, high-tech gaming equipment and stations, and other attractions.[3] The complex will also offer visitors options such as Brunswick bowling, a Formula One go-cart track with electric cars, laser tag, a climbing wall, a 400-seat sports bar, a private cigar and scotch room, and a men’s barber and nail salon.

As of 2023, the additional phases of Adventure Crossing USA are nearing completion and/or in the final planning stages:

When all phases and corresponding amenities and activities are fully active, the larger interconnected Adventure Crossing USA development will cater to a 50-mile radius market of some 14,000,000 people as well as the larger Mid-Atlantic region generally.

Development History

With the goal of building one of the greatest sports and entertainment facilities in the Northeast, and in the process financing the fight against Multiple Sclerosis, Adventure Crossing USA is the most recent development of Cardinale Enterprises.[6] The $800 million sports and entertainment phase of the project broke ground in 2018 and is adjacent to Six Flags Great Adventure.[7] When complete, Adventure Crossing USA is poised to be one of New Jersey’s largest real estate developments as well as home to a 200,000 sq ft medical campus, a cutting-edge medical research center, and educational facilities.
