Aesthetonomics

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Aesthetonomics is a term coined by the Swedish design theorist Linda Rampell in her research project Homo Capitalistes, commenced in 2005. It defines an economy of seeing that evaluates how much a being is worth.[1] In The Shopmodern Condition, life penetrates through subobjects that constitute the pluridual: Gilles Deleuze's “dividual” (identity divided by mass) is now squared with desire: demand is multiplied with supply.[2][3] The pluridual is the new consumer identity.[4]
