"Afortunada" is a pop song recorded by the Chilean singer and songwriter Francisca Valenzuela, released in Chile on 7 January 2008 as the fourth single from her first solo studio album, Muérdete La Lengua.
Song information
The song was written by Valenzuela in 2005 and was produced by Marcelo Aldunate and Francisca Valenzuela. It was released on radio and as a digital download. This song is her most acclaimed work by critics.[citation needed]
Music video
The official music video for "Afortunada" was first shown on MTV Latin America on 16 February 2008 with high popularity in the Chilean music channels, and later on Via X and Zona Latina. The video was directed by Christopher Murray and Ignacio Rojas. The video shows Francisca with a couple of friends in an amusement park.
