Aghdaban massacre
The "Aghdaban massacre" is alleged to have taken place on April 7-8, 1992, when the village of Ağdaban was said to have been burned down and Azerbaijani inhabitants were killed or expelled.[1]
A second attack is alleged to have begun in March 1993.[2][unreliable source?] Armenian soldiers are claimed to have attacked the villages of Dada Shamshrin, Çayqovuşan, Ağdaban, and Aghdere. According to the allegations, thirty-nine people were murdered, and the majority of village homes were robbed and burnt.
The reports concerning this supposed event come from Azerbaijani websites, and have not been confirmed by neutral, independent sources.
