Agibank is a brazilian digital bank and tech startup. Created in 1999 by Marciano Testa as Agiplan, initially offering loans, insurance and investments, the company grew to a technology group with digitally-focused banking and payment solutions. After seeing its loan portfolio double in the previous 12 months through March to 1.28bn reais from 640mn. Agiplan had its IPO in the B3 Stock Exchange scheduled to mid 2018, but had it put off given political and economic turmoil influence on local market
