Agricover Holding is a Romanian agribusiness company with three major subsidiaries: Agricover Distribution SA, Agricover Credit IFN SA, and Agricover Commodities SRL.
It is one of the most important companies with Romanian capital operating in the sector. The company has more than 850 employees and a portfolio of over 9,949 clients (December 2023) [1].[1]. The Agricover Group was established in 2000, following the merger of the companies Comcereal Buzau and Ulvex Buzau[2]
- Agricover Distribution SA: This subsidiary focuses on the distribution of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other products necessary for modern agricultural practices, through its extensive distribution network.
- Agricover Credit IFN SA: This subsidiary provides specialized financial services for the agricultural sector, ranging from loans for investments in agricultural equipment and infrastructure to financing solutions for working capital.
- Agricover Commodities SRL: This subsidiary is responsible for the distribution of basic fertilizers and diesel fuel for agriculture. Its portfolio includes fertilizers such as Urea, Ammonium nitrate, UAN, and NPK.[3]
