Ahmad Balal

Ahmad Balal (born 1958 in Lahore, Pakistan) is a Pakistani government official and diplomat who was formerly Pakistan's Consul General in Hong Kong.[1]
Dr. Balal obtained an MBBS medical degree from the King Edward Medical College, later joined the District Management Group.[2] [3]
