Ahmadu Bello University

Ahmadu Bello University is a higher research institution in Zaria, Kaduna. It is located in Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria. The institution was established in 1962, after the University of Ibadan was founded in 1948. The school is the oldest higher research institution in Northern Nigeria and carved its name from Sir Ahmadu Bello, premier of Northern Nigeria.
