Air Transat Flight 211 was a scheduled passenger flight from Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport to Montréal–Mirabel International Airport. On March 8, 2008, the Airbus A310-308 registered C-GPAT went into a dive from 3100 ft. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada found the cause to be.[1]
