Airport of Tomorrow
The Airport of Tomorrow was a planned airport for use at Walt Disney World. The concept for this airport was designed to have four runways, all of which would have met at a circular taxi way surrounding the main terminal. General aviation activity would have taken place on the northeast end of the airport. The airport would have been built where Celebration, Florida is today. The monorail would have gone under the terminal and would have taken passengers to EPCOT (concept) and to Magic Kingdom further down the line.[1]
