Aishworya Shrestha
Aishworya Shrestha (Nepali: ऐश्वोर्य श्रेष्ठ) (26 November 1996) is a Nepali social worker and beauty pageant title holder who won "Miss Grand Nepal 2022"[1]. She represented Nepal at Miss Grand International 2022[2]. She was also a former wheelchair basketball coach[3], an adult literacy trainer for women and girls in the Adult Entertainment Sector (AES), and a researcher of mental health and psychosocial wellbeing in Nepal. She was also selected as one of the members of the highly selective U.S. Embassy Youth Council Nepal 2021/22[4]. As a social worker, she has conducted projects in remote areas like Jumla, Kavre and Mugu, and also international projects in Kathmandu. She has advocated for algorithmic bias and girls in open data and has executed tons of projects regarding the same.
