Ajlan Abdul Aziz Alajlan (Arabic: عجلان عبد العزيز العجلان); is a Saudi businessman, Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers, Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Ajlan and Bros Group, one of the largest conglomerates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.[3][4][5]
Early Life and Education
Ajlan bin Abdulaziz Al Ajlan was born in the city of Riyadh and completed his elementary education in Riyadh. He is the eldest son of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Ajlan Al Ajlan. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has taken many specialized courses in the field of business. His fortune is estimated at $2.5 billion.[6][7]
Ajlan & Bros Group
Ajlan established Ajlan and Bros Group in partnership with his brothers in 1979. The company expanded in the eighties and was transformed into a joint venture in 1994 and then into a closed joint stock company in 2005, and it is currently working in the fields of Retail, Real Estate, Industry, Water and Energy, Logistics, Technology and Finance.[8][9]
Practical Life
In 2018, Ajlan Al Ajlan chaired the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, and in February 2020, he also chaired the Council of Saudi Chambers, and in March 2020, he became Deputy Chairman of Council of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which is headquartered in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.[10]
