Akij Foundation School and College (AFSC) is a private English-version school and higher secondary college in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is run by the Akij Foundation, part of the Akij Group. The school follows the National Curriculum. It was established in 2010.
History
AFSC started in 2010 with 33 students and 8 teachers. It has grown to multiple campuses in Dhaka and Manikganj.
Campuses
- Uttara (Main Campus): Located in Sector 10. Serves students from Playgroup to Class 12. Has science labs, computer rooms, library, agricultural field, playground, indoor games room, and canteen. Enrollment 1,269 students with 103 teachers as of 2025.
- Mohammadpur Campus: Opened in 2017. Provides English Version education from Playgroup to Class 6. Operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Manikganj Campus: Opened in 2014 in Akij Textiles Mills compound. Offers English Version education following National Curriculum.

Canteen and food
AFSC Uttara has two main canteens. The custom meal trend was kickstarted by college students in Jagoron-1 section, inspiring others to follow suit.
Transport
The school provides student transportation across all campuses. In the Uttara branch, buses offer free transportation services to college students at fixed points: Station Road → Tongi → Abdullahpur → Housebuilding → Ajampur → Joshimuddin → Jamjam Tower → Sector 10. A group of XI students, led by Tahsin, have been actively engaging with peers and staff to explore extending the route to include the College Gate area.
Social initiatives
- Bonoful program started in 2014. Provides education to underprivileged children in Uttara and Mohammadpur. Originally a mobile bus school. Classes follow Bengali version of National Curriculum.
- Scholarships for more than 200 students from low-income families provided by Akij Foundation.
