Aks and Lakshmi
Aks & Lakshmi are a Los Angeles based composer-vocalist duo who create and perform Electronic Bhakti music. They are best known for blending Indian classical music with electronic, pop and other modern musical genres to reinvent traditional Indian spiritual (Bhakti) poetry.
Aks & Lakshmi present music to American multi-faith audiences through their YouTube videos, live shows and seven studio albums to date. They are internationally known artists who have performed in major cities in North America, Singapore, Indonesia, and Zambia.
Aks is a composer, producer and vocalist who writes music for albums, film & TV, and video games. Aks has trained with Oscar-winner A. R. Rahman.
